Macon GA + Real Estate

Since we will be putting our house up for sale soon here are some pictures to get started.  I'll add the bedrooms (5) and bathrooms (4.5) soon.  We have renovated this house extensively over the last year.  The kitchen was taken down to the studs and the floor, ceiling and a wall ripped out as were the upstairs bathrooms.  The appliances are Thermadore, Subzero, GE Profile and Franke.  A new roof (20yr) was put on last month.  I had cat5, telephone and cable wired throughout the house.  The basement has a new tongue and groove ceiling with recessed lighting.  I put in a fully insulated wine cellar with cedar walls and floor with its own cooling unit.  The wine racks will stay with the house but not the wine.  We are in a great established neighborhood minutes from everything.  10min to Coliseum Hospital and about 12 to Medical Center depending on the lights.  Schools are no more than 15min away if you hit all the lights. Interstate 75 is  minutes away.  State of the art Alarm system put in less that a year ago.  Features cell phone if telephone lines are not working and remote on and off.  Email me at david@davidfary.com with any questions.

Filtered water from the faucet with a Franke Tri-Flow.

The Thermadore Professional (6 burner + griddle) has its own pot faucet above the burners.

Circlular Foyer with plaster molding.

Built in desk and cabinet completely wired for now and the future.

The racks hold about 800 bottles but I don't have it racked out properly so I use the floor space as well.

Wired for surround sound as is the den (not pictured yet). I have a plasma screen down here and I work out while listening and watching concert DVDs
